Spinal Decompression
Spinal Decompression Therapy is an effective, non-surgical, way to treat disc herniations and/or degenerating discs. It is used to decompress the discs and remove pressure off the nerves. Each sequence helps the damaged disc receive more nourishment, expel cellular waste and enjoy reduced pressure. Through this process the healing can begin.
Decompression Therapy is not simply for treating the symptoms of the herniated disc; it positively affects the disc itself. It is highly effective, especially when combined with postural corrective chiropractic care.
Decompression Therapy is typically 12 – 15 minutes long and a treatment plan can range 24-30 sessions in duration but is dependent on case severity. Many of our patients have reported an increase in their mobility, improved body function, and less pain as they go through the program, often within the first few treatments.
